We had a visit from people. They were in wheelchair. They hurt their spines by not being safe. Their names were Wayne and Wayne. They showed us a slideshow on how to be safe by putting your seatbelt on, your helmut on and check the depth of the water before you jump in. I learnt that you can't move your legs and sometimes hands if you hurt your spine. I'm going to make sure I am always safe.

Hi Piper. It is interesting that you met people with spinal injuries and they showed you how to take care of your spine. Daddy had a disk injury with is part of your spine but that is feeling much better after my operation. I really like how your blog is looking and will keep checking for new information. Love Daddy

Hi Piper spines are very interesting. Have you had a broken one before.
